It seemed that Cliff and I had been waiting for months for summer vacation to come. Now that school was finished, the crane had flown up the brook and opened the flood-gates thus we were stuck in the house, as the rain pelted down.
This didn’t seem to create any problem for Mum as she had a hundred and one jobs for us to catch up on.

Sutherland - Sawyer: Andrew Sutherland was born October of 1818,
somewhere in New Brunswick. I am seeking the town of his birth and the names
of his parents. He married Lydia Sawyer of New Hampshire about 1845 in Maine.
Their seven children were born from 1846 through 1880 in Masardis, Maine.
The family moved to Silver Creek, Minnesota about 1868.

Kievenaar - Wedderburn - Allan: Henry A. Kievenaar was born March
23, 1826 in Holland and died February 8, 1869. He was supposedly the
Dutch Consul to the Maritime Provinces. His wife Ellen J. Sullivan was born
1824 died 1882. His son, Henry, who died in 1899 is buried in Boston, Massachusetts
and is listed in the Saint John Globe as a former prominant citizen of Saint
John. His daughter Barbara married Mitchell Allan, the son of Allan and Dorothy
Wedderburn.

Bissett - Carvell: Annie Adelaide Bissett Carvell, wife of William
Carvell, was born 1862 in New Brunswick, Canada, and died January 15, 1946
in Kings County. When the Bissett family property in Grafton, New Hampshire
was sold in 1935 or 1936, she was living in Clifton Royal, Kings County, New
Brunswick and her signing was witnessed by Perley Carvell and Frank Carvell.
In 1903 her residence was Boston, Massachusetts and William E. Carvell’s
residence was given as Kingston, New Brunswick. I am looking for their
descendants and burial site.

“Looshtauk” - Bracken: I am seeking passenger lists, stories and
pictures of the Looshtauk. My mother's grandfather Sylvester Bracken was
on that ship as a small boy and was the longest living passenger from that
ship. His father James died and his mother landed with two boys on Middle
Island. The ship was built in Tynemouth, St. Martins area of Saint John County.
