For The Family Researcher
Although
Christmas was just around the corner, Mum had not finished her
shopping. The order from Eatons had been a real disappointment. Ken’s
request for a book of jigsaw patterns was out of stock. The set with a
white silk scarf and black leather gloves that would match Gord’s newly
acquired tweed overcoat was substituted with brown - that just wouldn’t
do.
To add to Mum’s dilemma, she overheard Dad say he would like to have
some Western books to read but she didn’t have a clue where to find
them.
If you have a genealogy buff on your list, I have some suggestions for
books that are not usually found in the shopping mall.
